Our second pairing dinner of the year was SO much fun! A big THANK YOU to our wonderful guests and the Harvest Table Restaurant for catering the event--the food was outstanding! Several people commented that the brisket was the best they'd ever had, and the dessert was worthy of a 5-star restaurant offering.
Dessert was a smoked, salted chocolate caramel brownie topped with caramel sauce and bacon bits with a red pepper cream. Ridiculously rich and delicious.
George,our cigar rep from Oliva cigars helped hosting the evening, and he introduced our cigar of the night, the Cigar Aficionado's pick for cigar of the year: The Oliva V Melanio Figurado. A beautiful cigar, and the perfect cap to a wonderful evening!
